After being "out of the loop" for a couple of years, it was a bit weird to head up North and get off on Addison. After doing it for years (and I DO mean years) I was somewhat uncomfortable. Lots of ghosts, so to speak, most noticeably Rudy...

Anyway saw lots of friends like Mister Jimmy Fay



Also saw my old, old boss, Bobby, and my old boss Roger. Roger advised me to walk up stairs in regards to my heftiness. Thanks!

Anyway, six pounds of spare ribs from Peoria Meat Packing.

On the grill right now. Low and slow!

Total chow heaven... we ate dinner at El Dorado, a Tex-Mex, Frontera Grill wannabe and lunched at Tutto Pasta.
